The Robot Room

 

Finally, I took some new photos of the nurseries so I will post one each day....for 4 days :) This was the most recent room that I painted for Logan. It was great and I loved how the blue turned out and it's complete with a rocket with his name on it. Logan loves to take me up to his room and point and say "robot"! His other auntie supplemented the room with a solar system and recently got him a new comforter cover with matching robots.

So I had a great idea to give a set of 3 panel painting of jellyfish and I was just amazed at how vast the art was on these creatures. I was just supposed to go online and try to find something interesting that I wanted to use as inspiration but I got so caught up on what was out there.

I posted just some of the samples that I really liked. I hope to be able to post what I painted soon!

Today was such a great lunch day. We celebrated Fitness Friday (which on of my co-workers planned) and walked about two miles round trip and visited mixt green www.mixtgreens.com and www.bigmanbakes.com. Both places were soooo good. Big Man Bakes has the best red velvet cupcakes ever and I would definitely go back.

So I have been working on a new identity system and what better way to get feedback than to post it up on facebook?

I have pretty much went through 3 rounds and thank everyone for their feedback. So far the ones in the running are 1B, 2B, 3C and 7A. It's so difficult to make a decision but I hope to make one soon and move on making business cards and my website!
